Grandpa’s Truck – Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Moves must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee of $50 or 25% of the estimated move cost, whichever is higher. This protects our team from last-minute losses.

Moves can be rescheduled based on availability.
Refunds

Since payment is collected after the move is completed, refunds are only applicable in cases of overpayment.

Any overpayment will be returned in full via the same payment method used by the customer (Cash, PayPal, CashApp, Zelle).
Service Limitations

Any delays due to weather, traffic, or other uncontrollable circumstances are handled at the time of service, and payment will only be collected for work actually completed.

For any additional services provided, such as packing or assembly, charges apply according to the work completed.
